Thanks for your interest! All of the revenue generated from google ads that appear on our site go directly towards helping sick or injured dogs that come to Athens-Clarke County Animal Control. Without outside help, the officers often have no choice but to make those dogs who are seriously hurt or sick "unavailable for adoption" upon arrival to the shelter. Thanks to the new "athenspets fund" (from the google ads and the Pawtropolis ad featured on our site), the athenspets volunteers are able to pay for some of these dogs to go to the vet, get treated for their ailment, and then be placed up for adoption! Thanks so much for supporting our cause! We do everything we can to help as many dogs as possible, but we could not do it without your help and support.
